It's been awhile
Ezekiel and I have been busy over here! big remodel in our place, everything fresh and new! Now time to decorate, pictures to hang and things to organize.
Ezekiel just finished his second run in his pre-school, Vacation bible school starts soon YAY summer camp. I am in the middle of his paper work for TK- transitional kindergarden! I decided to wait an extra year before he goes into kindergarden, I think that he needs some extra time to adapt. Boys are just not ready at this age, I was advised by so many mothers of boys to wait an extra year and I totally agree it will be better for him. He is super smart, sweet, fun, friendly, kind, warm little boy I love him to bits! I cannot wait to see how much he loves school I know I loved kindergarden and first grade the most, he is even going to the same elementary I went to!
I am in Baking school! week 5 coming up, so far I have made: muffins, Creme brulee, Tarts, pie, pudding, pastry cream, eclairs and this week we are making chocolate cakes and ganache! I have been photo documenting everything and will have to make a few posts of that and the past few months.
Life has been so full lately, we have been busy and will continue to be all summer so many plans!
here is a quick list of all the things WE/I have done:
Took a beer brewing class- I am officially about to start my first home brew in the near future.
Whiskey tasting- at SevenGrand for their Whiskey society in downtown Los Angeles, I love this place it is truly amazing there.
Whiskey tasting- with Johnnie Walker at their house of Walker scotch tasting led by their master of Whiskey.
My cousin Ashley got married!- I made the wedding cake, 340 cupcakes ( with my sisters help) I was in the wedding and so was Ezekiel! It was a very exciting day.
Celebrated my moms birthday- as a family we bought her a diamond eternity band from XIV karats in beverly hills, she loves it!
I will stop this post here I will try harder to update more often.
